Boiler Services
A domestic boiler service is charged at our standard rate of £78 (inc vat).
A back boiler or gas fire service is £120 (inc vat).
Are you over 60?
We can service your domestic boiler for our DISCOUNTED RATE of £55 (inc vat) or your back boiler for £70 (inc vat).
Landlord Gas Safety Inspections
We can carry out your landlord gas safety inspection for £80 (inc vat).
■ Legionnaires Certificates.
■ Carbon Monoxide checks and monitoring.

Standard Call Out Charges
Our charges are calculated by the hour. 1st hour is £78 (inc vat) and any subsequent hours are an additional £60 (inc vat) each.
These prices are standard for all heating and plumbing jobs.

Prices for boiler installation start from around £1920 (inc vat).
Since requirements and circumstances differ from customer to customer, we will be happy to send one of our engineers out to give you a free site survey and written estimate.
